The Cryoform Mask uses controlled cold therapy (also known as cryotherapy) to naturally improve your skin and facial appearance.

When the mask is chilled and applied to your face, the cold temperature causes your blood vessels to temporarily constrict. This does four powerful things:

1. Reduces inflammation

Cold helps calm irritated skin by lowering blood flow to inflamed areas. This can reduce redness, swelling, and active breakouts.

2. Minimizes acne

By decreasing inflammation and slowing excess oil production, cold therapy helps reduce the size and visibility of pimples while preventing future flare-ups.

3. Tightens and firms your face

The cooling effect causes temporary skin tightening, making your face look more sculpted, defined, and refreshed.

4. De-bloats and reduces puffiness

Cold therapy helps move excess fluid (lymphatic drainage), which reduces facial puffiness — especially in the cheeks and under-eye area.

1. Chill the mask

Place the mask in the refrigerator for at least 30–60 minutes before use. For a stronger cooling effect, you can leave it in longer.

Do not microwave or overheat.

2. Start with a clean face

Wash your face and pat dry before applying. This ensures better contact and maximum cooling benefits.

3. Apply for 5–10 minutes

Secure the adjustable strap and let the mask sit comfortably on your face for 5–10 minutes.

Avoid using it for more than 15 minutes at a time.

4. Use consistently

For best results, use it once daily (morning for de-bloating and tightening, or night to calm inflammation and acne).

After use, wipe the mask clean and store it back in the fridge so it’s ready for next time.
